It looks at the power of prayer as well as ways of working with the energies of the archetypal world. Finally it explains how we need to bring our connection to the Real into our daily life. |

He spoke further about our need to truly grieve what is happening, for it is this grief that takes us deep into the love in our hearts, and it is that love that bonds us to the heart of the world. |

The Nature of the Soul |
These two talks explore the nature of the soul and its evolution. From the light of the soul the ego is born, allowing us to have a unique individual experience in this world. But it is only through the sacred substance in creation that our daily life has any real meaning for the soul. How can we work with the sacred in creation to help the soul to evolve? |
|||||||||||||||||
|
||||||||||||||||||
Prayer |
Prayer is a way to be with God. In these three talks we explore mystical prayer: from the prayer born from need, where we tell God our needs, to the deeper prayer which takes us beyond any words into the silence of merging. Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee uses the stages of prayer from St. Teresa of Avila as a model for these mystical degrees of the prayer of the heart--how prayer finally becomes a continual living presence within the heart. |
|||||||||||||||||
This Moment in Time |
What is the meaning of this moment in time? Spiritual teachings tell us that time is an illusion and only the moment is real. And yet there are moments in our individual and collective destiny that offer a unique opportunity, a possibility for real change. What is this moment in time calling for? Are we awake, fully attentive to the changes happening around us? Are we able to listen to the real need so that we can step through the door that is being opened? A short video clip is also available: This Moment in Time (3 min video). |

If we are to help the world to transform we need to consciously relate to her, to be the catalyst for her awakening. How can we reconnect with what is real within everyday life and learn to work with life’s sacred substance? |

The Veils of Distortion and the Spark of Truth |
Recorded in London, January 2007. God has created veils of light and darkness that separate us from Him. Traditionally the path teaches us to read these veils as signs that point us to the truth that lies behind them. However, in recent years humanity has also created its own veils, veils that distort our perception, and which lead only to more illusions. How can we know what is true in this world of distortion? How can we help the world when even our perception of the world is an illusion? There is a world that is waiting for us, that needs our presence, that needs the spark of our highest consciousness. Through our love and deepest desire for truth, we can be present in this primal world and help it to awaken. |
